It is not about the clothes you wear or the things you own; but the aperture of your goodwill spreading like it did through Christ. He had nothing of earthly value like a house or donkey let alone a horse, nor did he have pretty boy looks. He was that the good of God oozing through a spirited man. Without captivating looks or glorious garments He did sit before Zacchaeus and Zacchaeus even as a lifted man due to the line and height of men whom he lived and walked among did have to look down to Him to see the true condition of a perfect and loving heart. So He rose without being preached to, but by seeing who Christ indeed was, did he do deliberate self to the course of God again.
