This book was right up my alley. It's filled with scary science fiction stories of all stripes. Some feel like they could happen tomorrow, while others are otherworldly to the extreme, and I love that combination. The push-pull of suspense and the suspension of disbelief made this book a page-turner... These are the kind of stories that send a shiver down your spine... stories that make you wonder, "What if..." while also thinking, "I hope not." ... I assume that it is very difficult to put together a collection where the reader enjoys every story, but the editors have somehow pulled it off with Invasions of World, Home, Body, and Mind.
