As a baby, her parents were tortured by the dark wizard Tobias Blackwood, a man whose reign of terror was thought to be over. But whispers of his return spread through the magical community like wildfire. When students start disappearing, lured away by the eerie presence of the Grey Man—a spectral figure from Southern folklore—Charlotte knows the past isn't as buried as they'd hoped. Worse, the villain isn't after the school—he's targeting their families, tightening his grip on the magical world one bloodline at a time. Determined to protect her loved ones, Charlotte secretly trains in wandless and nonverbal magic, mastering skills beyond her years. But when the villain uses the Grey Man to trap her and her classmates in an abandoned field, she realizes she's not the only one with hidden strengths. In a twist no one saw coming, the so-called No-Majs reveal a shocking truth—they do have magic. They'd just spent years believing the magical students were the non-magical ones. As chaos turns to unity, the two groups join forces in a final stand against the villain, proving that power isn't about bloodlines or secrecy—it's about believing in yourself and those beside you.
