Why did unidentified flying objects appear near the military installations of the great powers during the Cold War? What could they have to do with nuclear energy and the operation of military weapons systems? During the Laxson encounter, a strange flying object was observed that had extraordinary properties. Could it have been part of a secret black project or was it something else entirely? Could there be a breakaway civilization to which these mysterious vehicles belong and which lives in parallel with humanity on Earth? After the Petrozavodsk jellyfish sighting, the Soviet SETKA program was created to study anomalous atmospheric phenomena.
