They have to learn how to manage Ashley, the stepdaughter of Queen Carolyn, who is Autistic and mute while hiding her is not an option the people want. They fight thru the trials and each time rediscover their love and faith alone, and thru each other. Spiritually growing day by day.

Selene Le Roux – Chief Personal Assistant and close friend to Her Majesty, Queen Carolyn – deal with her own turmoils in life. Before the unexpected deaths of the Late Queen Sophia and Crowned Prince Johann. She was just starting to open up to the love of her life, Philip who is also one of the Primary Personal Protection Guards to Queen Carolyn. But since the death and then funeral, she has shut herself off and buried herself into her job, serving and protecting her Queen.
Philip watches from the sidelines. He knows her fears, her needs, and why she shut him off. He knows and waits, patiently while praying daily. Praying that one day, they will reunite again. And then, he can ask her that question.
Princess Clementine was planning on departing for America to study further there. But with life, your plans never happen. Then she opens her heart up to the one man she loved for years. Only, what happens afterwards, was not what she expected.
This book is the second book of the fictional Denmark Royals Series. A fictional Christian based book with Romance, Royalty, Medical, Fantasy and other genres all mixed in together. Essentially it focuses on characters lives and their difficulties and how God intervenes, helping them to get thru the difficulties.
This is a continuance of: "The Widower and the Princess – Book 1".
If you have NOT read Book 1 of the Series, then it is a waste of time reading this book as you will not get the flow of the story
