Smile… SMILE!" — said Dr. Kevin Ryan, DDS of the Springfield Esthetic Dental Center, 5312 Carolina Place. in Springfield, Virginia (practice moved or closed) to the author in the middle of dental surgery as he pulled out a camera ignoring the author's verbal protest! After career loss, public threats and a suicide contemplation, the author discovered he was a woke dentist who had secretly taken the lives or careers of hundreds of other patients! The order to smile kicked off the events of this 5-book whistleblower memoir to save other patients. Dr. Ryan, DDS is indeed the face of cancel culture in dentistry! Woke dentists have secretly partnered with cancer culture to punish, shame, and force patients into suicide! The author begs book stores, the law, and dental boards to come to the rescue of prosthetic dental patients (PDPs). After removing the old dental prosthetics, Dr. Ryan, DDS marches the patient from the dental chair—still showing their exposed missing and surgery-damaged teeth—into a empty well-lit studio with a large black camera and orders the patients to smile if they hope to finish the surgery! The ghastly extorted photos, home address and phone number are secretly sent to cancel culture, the patient's employer and social media! In this 5th and final episode of the memoir, the author exposes a cell of the cancel culture dental mafia in the USA that polices, forcibly capture dental photos of, and globally digitally shame patients into career loss and a quiet suicide contemplation. The patient is left to face public furor as Dr. Ryan's photos are tagged and live location tracked to the patient's work premises, social circles, restaurants, graduations, church, funerals, grocery stores etc until they loose their will to live. While the matter has been reported to the Virginia Health authorities and the FBI, Dr. Kevin Ryan, DDS chose social media and public shaming as a tool to eviscerate the patients he hated, while pocketing his dental fees of $30,000 from the author. He chose to end the author's life in a painful public way. The author's choice of a public medium in a memoir to also show the face of Dr. Ryan is a fitting message to other woke dentists to return to ethical dentistry. As English writer Hannah M. Rathbone (1798 - 1878) once said: "The wound caused by injustice is better healed by the hand which inflicts it." The dental mafia and Dr. Ryan maintain that patients with some lost teeth deserve to be stripped of any privacy. So, the memoir to warn others about the public endangerment and attempted murder-by-suicide should be enough to cause Dr. Ryan to also lose his privacy and anonymity in a book cover. Dr. Ryan knew that the surgery photos will incite public anger to hurt his patients! With his order to SMILE, Dr. Ryan showed malicious intent to end the life of the author in an online meme and in the streets! He even kept macabre mugshots of condemned patients in albums in his office. He succeeded because none of them could ever imagine an American dentist could set up patients for public attacks. According to 2740 Consulting, a leading dental consulting agency in a dental statistics publication, more than 500,000 Americans get dental implants surgeries every year. Over 15 million wear a dental bridge. According to the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in a 2020 statistic (as well as from Dentaly), the number of people getting a dental implant increases by 500,000 annually. Many of these patients with some teeth loss will face end-of-life consequences if they end up in woke dental offices. This episode will save the lives of some of these patients!
